Joseph has been with Mackrell Turner Garrett since October 2016 and works within the firm’s Family Law department, advising on disputes between unmarried couples and pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and separation agreements.

During his time in the profession Joseph has assisted with a number of high-net-worth financial matters on divorce and has often dealt with cases with an international element. He also has expertise in property disputes between unmarried couples.

He has worked in family law since 2012, first as a paralegal at a national firm, before completing his training and qualifying in 2015, before being shortlisted that same year for the Law Society’s Graham Turnbull Essay Competition judged by the former Attorney General, Dominic Grieve QC. He is currently a member of Resolution.
