We are currently looking for a private client solicitor (2-4 years PQE) to join our team.
This exciting opportunity will allow you to work on a variety of private client matters including wills and estate planning, LPAs, trusts and probates, Court of Protection appointments and dealing with HNW client matters/estates, including some cross-border work.
The successful candidate will be confident working independently on their own caseload within a supportive culture.

We are currently looking for a qualified, experienced corporate and commercial lawyer to join our team.
On the corporate side, the individual should have experience in a variety of M&A transactions both on sale and acquisition. General corporate experience in undertaking corporate reorganisations (such as demergers), drafting bespoke shareholder agreements and articles of association, and advising on corporate governance issues.
On the commercial side, the individual should have experience in intellectual property matters, commercial contracts and data protection.
