Alice Lumley

Award-winning legal practice, Mackrell.Solicitors, has appointed a new member to its Private Client department as it bolsters its existing expertise.

Alice Lumley joins the London and Birmingham-based firm with previous experience working in-house for the UK’s largest statutory inquiry, where she completed her Solicitors Qualifying Exams and Qualifying Work Experience.

In her new role within the team, Alice advises clients on a wide range of estate administration, trust, tax and succession planning matters, including the preparation of wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney.

This will include high-net-worth cases, often with an international aspect – an area where Mackrell.Solicitor excels thanks to its membership of one of the world’s top legal networks, Mackrell.International.

Speaking about her appointment, Alice said: “I am committed to providing clear, pragmatic and empathetic advice guided by my clients’ needs – all of which are values that are championed at Mackrell.Solicitors.

“I am really pleased to be joining such a passionate and well-regarded team of solicitors, who puts the needs of clients first and foremost.”

James Atton and Maung Aye, Joint Managing Partners at Mackrell.Solicitors welcomed Alice to the practice, adding: “We are delighted that Alice has decided to join our firm. We hope that she can develop her expertise and career with us in the years to come.”
