Alison Green, Head of the Family Team at London law firm Mackrell Turner Garrett will be taking part in this year’s International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL) European Chapter Meeting in Mallorca.
The event in Palma will see hundreds of family lawyers from around the world meet to discuss the latest challenges in their profession and learn more about different jurisdictions.
The four-day conference at the Melia Palma Bay Hotel, which begins on 11 September 2019, will include panel sessions on a wide range of topics including pensions, mental capacity, Sharia and Jewish divorce and a whole host of issues faced by modern family lawyers.
Alison has considerable experience acting for clients from around the world, including many people from Europe and the Middle East, and is looking forward to taking part in the IAFL Chapter Meeting and Educational Programme.
Speaking about the upcoming event, Alison said: “The IAFL meeting looks set to be a very interesting conference packed with speakers covering the latest issues affecting our profession.
“It is important for our clients that we keep up to date with the latest trends and changes, so that we can provide the best possible support, which is why I am delighted to be taking part in this event.”
