The Family team at London-based international law firm, Mackrell Turner Garrett, is delighted to announce that it has adopted Settify, an online system that uses Artificial Intelligence to interact with clients in real time.
Settify allows clients to outline their concerns and provide their relationship history via their smart phone, tablet or computer and immediately receive personalised, bespoke initial guidance on the family law issues relevant to their situation. The partnership ties well with the firm’s innovative approach to deliver the best possible legal service for today’s clients.
Alison Green, Partner and Head of the Family department, said: “We are delighted to offer this service to clients via our website. The arrival of Settify means that Mackrell Turner Garrett is open all hours for clients during what is likely to be a very emotional time for them and will help them get initial answers to questions which they have.”
Created by family lawyers and launched in Australia in 2017, Settify has won several awards for innovation and has been adopted by more than 120 Australian firms since its inception, including most of the independently ranked ‘top tier’ and ‘pre-eminent’ family law practices. The company launched in the UK in October 2018 and it has already been adopted by some of the UK’s most well-regarded family lawyers.
Settify’s CEO, Max Paterson, said: “We are witnessing a shift in the attitudes and preferences of modern family law clients. They are increasingly used to getting things done online. Clients will choose firms that harness technology to provide a seamless experience and embrace effective, efficient ways to progress their best interests. We’re proud to work with Mackrell Turner Garrett, an international firm with a demonstrated history for innovation, dedicated to meeting the needs of their clients.”
