Mackrell.Solicitors is expanding its Private Client Team with the appointment of Gemma Hughes.

Gemma takes over as Head of the Private Client Team at the international law firm and will bolster the firm’s expertise in this area.

With a wealth of experience and technical knowledge in the fields of estate administration, Wills, trust administration, and Court of Protection work, she plays a pivotal role in providing the best possible advice and service to the firm’s clients.

Gemma specialises in the administration of both simple and complex estates, including post-death Inheritance Tax savings.

Her ability to navigate the intricacies of estate management ensures that clients receive comprehensive and tailored support throughout the process.

As a full member of Solicitors for the Elderly, Gemma is also trained to provide advice to older or vulnerable clients in a manner that is both empathetic and understanding.

Her sensitive approach to addressing complex and life-changing issues has garnered her a reputation for putting clients at ease.
