Staff and Partners at international law firm, Mackrell.Solicitors, have congratulated Chris Lane on his latest promotion.

A key player behind several significant developments within the practice in recent years, Chris has been appointed Director of Business Development & Client Relations.

Since joining the firm in 2017, Chris has helped to launch several new departments, including one of the UK’s leading Cannabis Law and Crypto and Blockchain Teams, and overseen the opening of Mackrell.Solicitors’ Birmingham office.

He leads a team of three experts working out of the firm’s HQ in London and its new office in the Midlands. He is involved in a wide range of work, including the development of successful marketing campaigns, managing events and webinars, and helping to secure new clients for the practice.

In light of his success, Chris has had the honour of being behind several initiatives that won the firm honours at the Law Society Excellence Awards and Legal Week Innovation Awards.

Speaking about his promotion, Chris said: “My passion for seeing the practice flourish grows every year and I am so lucky to be part of a law firm that is focused on innovation and growth.

“This promotion is part of a massive team effort, which has seen Mackrell.Solicitors break into some unique and new areas of law in the last few years.”

In his new role, Chris will continue to guide the marketing, business development and client relations initiatives with the practice that support the further expansion of Mackrell.Solicitors.
