Chris Croxton

Chris began his legal career in 1961, when he joined Mackrell & Co, a predecessor firm of Mackrell.Solicitors, as an articled clerk. He qualified as a solicitor in 1966, became a partner at Mackrell & Co in 1972 and at Mackrell Turner Garrett in 1987.

He specialises in all aspects of dispute resolution, particularly high value commercial and construction claims, involving arbitration, adjudication, mediation and High Court litigation.

He also specialises in employment law, acting for both employers and employees and has extensive experience in contentious and non-contentious matters, including advising on restrictive covenants and their enforcement, business transfers and their consequences in terms of employment and handling claims for breach of contract. He can also assist with unfair dismissal and discrimination in Employment Tribunals and the High Court in London.

He is a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association.
