With more than 15 years working at the Central Family Court prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Jim has a unique perspective on UK Family Law.
Joining the practice in May 2019, Jim brings with him extensive experience of all areas of family law, including financial disputes within divorce, often involving business assets.
He also has considerable experience of complex children cases, including in disputes between parents and children and a particular interest in cohabitation cases relating to financial provision for unmarried couples and their children.
Jim is a trained collaborative lawyer and a member of Resolution, the association for family lawyers. As well as this, he is a former accredited member of the Law Society Children’s Panel.
