Mary Brennan

Mary specialises in property disputes, dealing with both residential and commercial property litigation, providing concise and tailored advice to a broad spectrum of commercial and private clients.

Mary has experience in complex litigation, having acted on behalf of large telecommunications operators in the implementation of new legislation which has seen her progressing applications to the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber).

She has gained invaluable experience dealing with a full range of landlord and tenant disputes including commercial lease renewals, rent and service charge recovery, possession proceedings, disrepair issues and interpretation of complex landlord and tenant lease covenants.

Mary has provided specialist housing and residential property advice to clients with large property portfolios, with a particular focus on risk management.

Mary is a proud member of the Property Litigation Association.
