Muhammed joined the Disputes and Litigation team at Mackrell Turner Garrett in June 2018. Despite an initial university background in electrical engineering, Muhammed decided that his true future lay in the world of law, which led him to qualify as a solicitor in 2014.
He has gained broad experience in areas including contractual disputes, business affairs, IP law, property and trust disputes, restraint of trade provisions, construction disputes, franchise disputes and recruitment matters.
Working across a variety of industries, Muhammed has been involved in claims ranging from a few thousand pounds to matters with a value of several million.
He enjoys providing strategic advice, using a pragmatic approach and takes great satisfaction from robustly protecting clients’ interests to achieve the best possible outcomes.
His former clients include HNWI, family-run firms, SMEs and international brands.
