Ben is a highly experienced residential property lawyer with 18 years of post-qualification experience, specialising in the acquisition and disposal of high-value residential property. He acts for a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, developers, and investors, both in the UK and internationally.
His career has spanned both commercial and private client law firms, where he has built a reputation for delivering a bespoke and efficient service, tailored to the individual needs of clients and intermediaries.

Having worked across London’s high-value property market since 2010, Ben has advised on transactions involving some of the most prestigious addresses in the capital. Before this, he built extensive experience along the south coast, including the New Forest and Sandbanks, two of the UK’s most exclusive residential areas.
Beyond his legal expertise, Ben has served in key compliance roles, including COLP (Compliance Officer for Legal Practice) and MLRO (Money Laundering Reporting Officer), successfully managing regulatory and AML requirements and navigating an SRA AML inspection.
Ben is passionate about fostering talent within the legal profession and has previously worked as a trainee supervisor, mentoring junior lawyers and providing guidance on property law, compliance, and business development.
