About
Iqra is a Solicitor in our Corporate & Commercial Law Team.
She graduated with a 2.1 in LLB Law in 2019 from City, University of London and then did a Masters in Law, Business and Management and the LPC, achieved a distinction in 2020.
Following a successful training contract at Mackrell, Iqra qualified into the Corporate and Commercial team. Her work includes:
- Advising on acquisitions, mergers and disposals
- Advising and drafting Commercial agreements
- Corporate restructuring, business expansion and investment
Whilst training Iqra rotated through four departments, gaining valuable experience in Corporate and Commercial, Commercial Litigation, Property, and Family Law. This broad exposure helped her to identify a passion for Corporate and Commercial work whilst understanding the interaction and value other departments within the firm can offer Corporate and Commercial clients.
