About
Uzma is a qualified employment solicitor providing consultancy services to some of the Top 100 firms and international companies. She has previously assisted the likes of Walt Disney, Warner Bros, Adecco and Oyster hr.
She has extensive contentious and non-contentious experience, including assisting with TUPE, restructuring and redundancies. Much of her work has focused on film, media and recruitment industries, where she has worked with HR teams across the EMEA including France, Germany, Italy and Spain.
She believes commerciality is key, but also places a heavy focus on getting to know clients and understanding their industry.
Uzma’s expertise has been shared widely with her profession, as she has been asked to prepare articles for publications including Personnel Today.
