We are currently looking for a qualified, experienced commercial property lawyer to join our team.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
General landlord and tenant matters including drafting leases, underleases, licences and surrenders
Acquisitions and disposals of single and mixed use freehold and leasehold property including option agreements and overage clauses and TOGCs
Advising on expired commercial leases (periodic tenancies/trespassers/mesne profits)
Title Reports including advising on risk and mitigation strategies
Auction sales and purchases
Dealing with unregistered land
Corporate support work
The successful candidate will be working independently within a growing team. They will be provided with a high degree of autonomy and will be encouraged to proactively support the team’s business development activities.
