Sunjay is a solicitor in the Commercial Property Team, advising occupiers, investors, landlords and tenants on a wide range of commercial real estate matters.
He works with a diverse client base on the acquisition and disposal of business premises, providing clear, practical guidance throughout the transaction process.
He also advises landlords and commercial tenants on prospective and existing leases, licences and short-term occupational arrangements, with particular expertise in the food and drink sector.
Sunjay is committed to building strong, long-term relationships with his clients and prides himself on delivering advice that is both commercially focused and pragmatic.
Outside of work, Sunjay enjoys travelling and hopes to explore countries across the Far East, with the ambition of learning a new language along the way. He is also a keen athletics fan and aspires to attend a 60m or 100m final at the Olympic Games.
