Jai is a Solicitor in the Corporate & Commercial Team, advising clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters.

Before joining Mackrell, Jai was an investment banker and founded and invested in a number of early-stage companies. He then spent several years at a number of City firms.

He advises on a range of corporate transactions across multiple sectors, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, restructurings and shareholder matters.

Jai also advises on a range of commercial contracts and strategic business arrangements.

He approaches matters with attention to detail, clear communication and a calm, organised mindset, focusing on identifying issues and delivering solutions to resolve them effectively.
