Aaron qualified as a solicitor in November 2020, following the completion of a training contract with a boutique commercial and litigation practice in the West End of London.
During his career he has gained extensive experience in managing a wide range of High Court and County Court disputes on behalf of high-net-worth individuals and small and medium businesses.
He supports both claimants and defendants in pre-action disputes and active proceedings.
He has been instructed to handle more complex claims in connection with fraudulent misrepresentation, vicarious liability and claims of secret profit.
Providing clear, strategic advice, Aaron closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives and delivers practical, cost-effective solutions to resolve disputes efficiently. Where possible this is achieved through settlement, but he recognises that litigation is sometimes necessary to protect his clients’ interests and he is experienced in progressing matters through to trial.
Aaron values the problem-solving nature of his work and that each case is multi-faceted and unique. He also enjoys analysing issues, developing strategy, and working towards a resolution that best serves his clients.
