Juliet Rayner

About

Juliet joined Mackrell LLP in August 2025, with extensive experience advising on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.

She studied History before completing her Postgraduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course.

Since qualifying as a solicitor, she has built her career working across a broad range of commercial property matters and now leads the Commercial Property team at Mackrell.

Her expertise includes sales and purchases of commercial property, option agreements, conditional contracts and overage arrangements.

She also advises on landlord and tenant matters for both investors and occupiers, and has extensive experience in auctions, easements and providing property support on corporate transactions.

Juliet is recognised for her ability to build strong rapport with clients, her commercial insight, and her proactive approach to anticipating and resolving issues before they arise.

Outside of work, Juliet enjoys reading both fiction and non-fiction, travelling, water sports and spending time with friends.
