Saira Farook

Saira is an Associate Solicitor in the Private Client team, advising individuals and families on all aspects of wills, probate, estate administration and inheritance tax planning.

She supports clients through every stage of their planning and administration journey, from drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney to managing complex estates.

Before qualifying as a solicitor in 2019, Saira completed her M Law (Exempting) degree at Northumbria University and gained experience in a variety of practice areas including residential property and litigation.

She also volunteered with Legacare, a charity providing legal advice to individuals with terminal illnesses and with the Citizens Advice Bureau in Bromley offering guidance on Wills and Probate matters.

Saira is known for her empathetic and pragmatic approach. She understands that clients often come to her during difficult times and takes pride in providing clear, compassionate advice while ensuring their wishes are fully respected.

  • Drafting and advising on wills, including mirror wills, discretionary trusts and life interest trusts
  • Preparing and registering lasting powers of attorney for property and financial affairs and health and welfare
  • Advising on inheritance tax planning and liaising with independent financial advisers where appropriate
  • Managing all aspects of probate and estate administration, including tax submissions, grant applications and distribution of estates
  • Drafting declarations of trust and deeds of variation for property and estate matters
