International law firm Mackrell LLP has welcomed two new solicitors, Jai Nathwani and Sunjay Issur, to its expanding team.
This latest round of appointments reflects the firm’s ambitions to invest in the growth of its corporate and commercial property practices and strengthen its transactional capabilities.
Jai joins the Corporate and Commercial Team with experience across several City firms and a background in investment banking, as well as founding and investing in a number of early-stage companies.
He advises on a range of corporate transactions across multiple sectors, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, restructurings and shareholder matters.
Jai said, “I am looking forward to working closely with Mackrell’s clients, especially the founder-led, early-stage businesses and helping them navigate important milestones in their journey.”
Sunjay joins the Commercial Property Team, where he will work on the acquisition and disposal of business premises.
He has specialist experience supporting clients in the food and drink sector and regularly works alongside corporate colleagues on commercial real estate matters.
Sunjay says, “It is great to be joining a team with such a strong reputation both in the UK and internationally. I am looking forward to building relationships with clients and helping them achieve their goals with tailored, commercially focused support on their commercial property matters.”
