I would highly recommend Guvvy Sandhu who recently advised me over the sale of my company. Not only is Guvvy highly skilled and thorough in his work, but he also has the ability to find creative solutions to challenging problems. Despite being called in late in the transaction process, Guvvy was able to quickly grasp the issues and turn around work quickly, often having to work out of hours.
