We are currently looking for an experienced corporate lawyer to join our team.
The individual should have extensive experience in leading a variety of M&A transactions including share/asset sales and purchases and management buy-outs. The role will also include undertaking corporate reorganisations (such as demergers), drafting bespoke shareholder agreements and articles of association, advising on corporate governance issues and advising on private equity transactions.
The successful candidate will be working independently within a very busy team. They will be provided with a high degree of autonomy and will be encouraged to proactively support the team’s business development activities.
Strong drafting skills, commercial acumen and the ability to deliver succinct high-quality advice are key requirements.
