About

James is a member of the Corporate and Commercial department. He primarily deals with corporate matters, in particular focussing on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and corporate governance, amongst other day-to-day business matters. 

James has experience in dealing with a wide range of clients and business, from national distributors and industry leaders to start-ups, owner-managed businesses and SME’s.  

He places a particular importance on taking the time to get to know a client’s business and understand their needs and objectives – helping him provide a tailored approach to achieving the desired outcomes and solving any problems that arise.  

Away from the office James coaches at London Bees, a women’s football team based in north London who compete in the fourth tier of women’s football in the FA Women’s National League.
