About

Harriet joined the Corporate Department at Mackrell.Solicitors in July 2019 and brings extensive experience acting for high-net-worth individuals and owner-managed businesses across a variety of sectors.

Harriet advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and company reorganisations. Her specialisms also include share incentive schemes and shareholder and partnership agreements.

Harriet enjoys acting for start-ups and fast-growing businesses from a diverse range of industries including technology, retail, hospitality, professional services and insurance.

Her recent work includes:

  • Advising a tech start-up on implementing an EMI scheme for key employees.
  • Assisting in the demerger of a company group comprising 13 subsidiaries.
  • Acting for a vehicle leasing company in a number of high-value acquisitions of FCA regulated companies.

Harriet is the co-founder of a children’s charity and spends lots of her spare time organising fundraisers and travelling.
